Mr. Ashim Kumar Saha is a development professional, researcher, and climate resilience specialist
with over 16 years of experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation, research, climate change
adaptation, sustainable development, and renewable energy initiatives in Bangladesh. He has
currently served as a Programme Manager (PM&E) at NETZ Partnership for Development and
Justice, Bangladesh.
Mr. Saha has presented research papers and abstracts at numerous international conferences in the
UAE, Egypt, Vietnam, India, South Africa, Thailand, Australia and the USA. His research interests
include renewable energy transition, solar power development, climate resilience, sustainable
livelihoods, environmental governance, and community-based adaptation. He has published
several peer-reviewed papers and reports on climate change, green energy, sustainability, and
development issues.
As an advocate for sustainable energy solutions, he actively contributes to global discussions on
accelerating green transitions in developing countries and promoting renewable energy pathways
for climate-resilient development.
